Gabor Nagy , the founder and CEO of startup Skyline Robotics , is probably more known for also being the founder, chief architect and developer of EQUINOX-3D , a popular 3D modeling, CAD/CAM, animation, rendering suite. He also worked on the development of PlayStation 2 , PlayStation 3 , Game Programming Gems and much more. Gabor kindly found the time for this fascinating discussion with Computer Vision News and also told us what EQUINOX-3D users can expect during 2017... I am glad you do. Why don’t we start by having you introduce yourself? I was born in Hungary , and I left about 24 years ago. I had a couple of side jobs during college. I worked at a video studio. I actually designed my first circuit board when I was 11. I sold some electronic components that I designed. Then I got into software, and I sold my first software when I was 15.
