At MICCAI, Cedric hopes to speak with labs that are in direct contact with biologists but do not have the solutions for their problems because it is not their expertise, as well as labs that want quantitative results but are not experts in image processing. They are also keen to work with image processing labs on research projects to enhance the platform and take it forward. “ I worked in academia for about 10 years before this – I’m old! ” Cedric laughs. “ I had a choice between going on in academia or moving into the private sector.
