MICCAI 2020

2 Raphaël’s picks For Today, Monday 5 th My name is Raphaël Truffet, and I'm doing a PhD at the University of Rennes in France. I'm working on the acquisition of diffusion MRI. I'm trying to tune the acquisition parameters to be sensitive to microstructure parameters with a low number of measurements. I'm also really involved in science popularization, and I even started a YouTube channel called Sciences-Métrages (in French). It allows me to mix my abilities in science with my hobby, since I love acting. So, I felt more confident to see that the oral presentation was a video: I was used to it, even if it's my first online conference, and my first time at MICCAI. Raphaël’s Picks of the day: • Estimating Tissue Microstructure with Undersampled Diffusion Data via Graph Convolutional Neural Networks • Globally Optimized Super-Resolution of Diffusion MRI Data via Fiber Continuity • Active MR k-space Sampling with Reinforcement Learning • Compressive MR Fingerprinting reconstruction with Neural Proximal Gradient iterations • Joint reconstruction and bias field correction for undersampled MR imaging • T2Mapping fromSuper-Resolution-Reconstructed Clinical Fast Spin EchoMagnetic Resonance Acquisitions DAILY Mo n d a y Raphaël forgot to mention his own presentation! He is presenting An evolutionary framework for microstructure- sensitive generalized diffusion gradient waveforms today (Monday) at 15:30 UTC. Don't miss it!
