Let’s start the new year with Computer Vision News and many more articles about artificial intelligence, computer vision and medical imaging . In this January issue, you will find no less than four articles about image analysis for medical application. We thank Stefanie Speidel , Kristin McLeod and Bernhard Kainz , who kindly contributed their vast research experience to these reviews. In addition, this month’s Woman in Science is Niksa Valim, Senior R&D Engineer at Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision. As usual, Amnon Geifman has prepared for you two more technical articles.
